My journey in the floral world has been as vibrant and varied as the bouquets I love to create.
One of the biggest challenges I had along the way, though, was mastering the intricate language and application of color in floral design.
In my early days, I often found myself hesitant with color choices, sticking to safe palettes that didn't fully express my creative potential. Recognizing this limitation, I dedicated myself to understanding the 'whys' behind color theory and the science of good design. This journey was transformative; as I gained confidence and knowledge in color theory, my designs began to reflect bolder, more adventurous choices.
Now, I'm passionate about sharing this knowledge. After nearly 20 years as a designer and a decade of teaching design to thousands of students, I’ve become extremely passionate about sharing the magic behind color theory and how to apply it.
My goal is simple: to help you navigate the floral design world with less complication and more color. I want to share the lessons I learned to help you build your confidence and grow your business even more quickly and vibrantly than I did.
